The highlight of the home is the private backyard retreat, offering several outdoor spaces to enjoy—from the balcony off the primary bedroom to the back porch rocker and the fenced backyard with hot tub, outdoor living room seating, grill, and a dining area with a cozy fire table. Tucked away on a quiet corner of historic Soulard, the home offers peaceful privacy while still being minutes from downtown St. Louis, restaurants, parks, and major attractions. Perfect for families, friend groups, or anyone visiting the city together who wants space to relax and connect.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary based on season, demand, and major St. Louis events. Cleaning fees and applicable taxes will be included in the total price shown before booking. The base rate includes up to 4 guests. Up to 2 additional guests may be added for $20 per person per night (maximum occupancy of 6). Minimum stay requirements may apply during holidays or high-demand periods.
